sba architects ltd were requested to look at the built environment and the impact of proposed developments in Lochboisdale.

 

The development and the associated civil engineering works would have had a huge impact on the natural environment (sea and land) and on the existing settlement of Lochboisdale.

 

The disruption to both these environment had to be minimised both during the construction phase and at the completion of the works.  The disruption must be negated and the impact assess and managed through the construction phase.

 

The purpose of this investigation was to look at the possible short and longer development opportunities and economic, environmental and amenity improvements which would result from the development.
